The Anatolian Scholarship Program offers a great chance to young people who prove themselves to be successful and achieve high scores in the national university placement exams. It is a great support that gives deserving students the chance to a secure future. At TÜYAP, we are delighted to stand side-by-side with achieving Darüşşafaka High School graduates in the Anatolian Scholarship Program and to see them improve themselves for their future, for their career and for life.
An individual with a good education will play an important role in spreading the notion of equal opportunity in education. It is only through education that we can establish this essential cycle. The Anatolian Scholarship Program is a pioneering initiative that supports our youth in pursuit of high-quality education, and its implementation is a success. Each initiative that acts as a bridge between accomplished academic institutions and well-achieving students, will directly contribute to the progress of our nation. Both as an individual and a representative of AstraZeneca Turkey, I am eternally grateful to Koç University for making such a project come true. I truly hope for more initiatives like this.
Every living species has the potential to be educated in their own capacity. When you prune a tree, it gets healthier, when you plant a tree it gives you fruits. You can train a cat, a bird. Education is necessary for a human being to be conscientious and good-natured. From the education we receive from our parents to what our society teaches us, our lives are constantly shaped with education. And the most important phase is, without a doubt, our school years. Education improves one’s contribution to his or her family, society and even the whole world in a positive way. Education means progress and change for the better. If you care to take the time and plant a seed, you would contribute to humanity even if you do not personally witness it. Just like planting a seed, if every individual would contribute to education within his or her own means, our nation’s future would be like green fields instead of dry lands.
